Fitness Training
Corporate Fitness Training sessions can be programmed anywhere from 4 weeks to 12 months consisting of 2, 3, 4, or 5 sessions per week per department.
Training sessions are delivered to you by Vicfit and Fitness Australia qualified Military Physical Training Instructors and are designed utilising the latest research consisting of military style fitness classes which include Circuits, non contact Boxing, Endurance activities, Agility and Running Drills and many more.They are a little different to Bootcamp Training sessions because of the equipment used and session set up and delivery.
Our classes are challenging, rewarding and each Fitness Training session will push participants harder than they have ever been pushed before. Fitness Training sessions can be done close to your workplace providing the location is adequate.
