SEAL Team Training

We are not going to take the place of your fitness advisor/trainer but rather provide something out of the ordinary that may be beyond their scope or experience.

What are Sports Club SEAL Team Training Sessions?
SEAL Team Training Sessions are designed to increase you teams overall fitness level. Our extensive knowledge in Anaerobic and Aerobic Conditioning, and Strength and Endurance training combined with a Military Physical Trainer background will ensure that your team is physically and psychologically the fittest and strongest to take the field of battle. We have worked with the Defence Forces Elite and will instil discipline, confidence and self belief of your club members. It is also designed to test your group in every aspect of your training, and give them a new found understanding as to how far they can push themselves individually and as a team.

We cater for all fitness levels during the classes so all team members can participate. The training sessions are the same utilised by specialist military personnel from Special Forces to Navy SEALs.

What does it involve?
It depends on what your organisation requires, but as a general guide the following activities are incorporated during the SEAL Team Training sessions:

  • Bootcamp style training
  • Military Based Exercises & Classes
  • Boxing
  • SAS Circuits
  • Beach sessions
  • Hill Sessions
  • Anaerobic and Aerobic Conditioning
  • Strength and Endurance
  • Time Awareness Exercises
  • Memory Enhancement Drills

What duration are the sessions?
Your sessions can last from 1 – 2 hours, 1, 2, 3+ sessions per week for 1, 2 ,3+ weeks at a time it is totally up to the direction your club wishes to take and the stage of training you are at during the year.

What will my organization gain from the SEAL Team Training Session?
This all depends on the duration and frequency of your program. At a bare minimum your members will improve their Strength, Endurance and Aerobic/Anaerobic capacity considerably provided they attend all sessions.

How do we know what we are doing?
We will provide you with a weekly plan so you know exactly what you will need for each session once we have settled on an area to conduct our training.

What experience do the instructors have?
All our instructors are qualified Military Physical Training Instructors who have served with our Defence Forces elite, SAS, Clearance Divers, Physical Training School as well as overseas deployments in war zones. They have expertise in many areas and a great grounding in most others. They are the best in the business.

Can we have the SEAL Team Club Training Sessions in our local area?
This is dependant on where in Melbourne you are situated but in most cases yes. If you are outside of the Melbourne area contact Consort to discuss options.

What will I need to do to arrange the SEAL Team Training Session for my club?
Firstly e-mail info@consortfitness.com.au and provide the following information:

  1. Who you are?
  2. Where are you?
  3. Who the group is?
  4. What you want to achieve?
  5. Where would you like it to be conducted?
  6. What is your preferred date?
  7. Time duration requested? From when to when?
  8. “Exactly” how many personnel will be involved in the challenge?
  9. What’s the general fitness level of the group?
  10. What are your contact Details?
Can any team members take part in the SEAL Team Training Sessions?
It is advised that any team members with medical restrictions or limitations do not take part unless discussed previously with Consort. The medical questionnaire must be accurately filled in to ensure safe conduct for all your members.
