SEAL Challenge 3 - May 09

Well, the time will come again and so will the participants. Thirty (30) in total, males and females. The task, 24hrs, little sleep, little food, lots of activity and beautiful scenery. Sounds like a holiday more than a training exercise doesn't it.
Bodies and minds will be pushed as close to the edge as possible for the duration of the 24 hours. All who participate will achieved a new level of understanding about themselves and the humans ability to deal with varying levels of stress.
The overall performance of the last group (SEAL Challenge 2) was AMAZING so the bar is high. The format is different, and there will be a few new instructors ready to come out and play.
Although this is not for everyone (that's why it is invite only) most people can reach these heights. Pushing yourself beyond your imagination (physically and mentally) is one way to truly understand yourself fully.
WHAT IS THE SEAL CHALLENGE
The SEAL (Strength, Endurance, Aerobic, Loading) Challenge is a 1 day (up to 24+ hours) Challenge conducted at Phillip Island. It is aimed at members with a moderate and beyond fitness level. It is designed to push you in every aspect of training combining physical fitness, mental toughness, emotional pressure, teamwork and the will to succeed and win.
Consort Fitness is privileged and excited to be able to provide this training that to date, only a minority of military personnel from world military organisations have utilised in similar exercises, Special Forces etc.
You need to e-mail expressing interest and further details will be passed on by Consort Staff if we think you are psychologically capable of the appropriate fitness level and are capable. Most details will be limited due to the nature of the exercise.
The first 30 members to be accepted and have fully paid for the exercise will be granted permission to attend. Cost for the experience will be $250 all inclusive.
